Notes:
#1              Free existing patient quick review / body alignment check.
                  This is for a booked follow up appointments if the patient or therapist considers further treatment may not be required
                  at this time.  This only applies if further treatment is not given during that visit.
                  (Treatment is defined and considered to be given if the patient is asked to sit or lie down on the couch and therapist
                  makes adjustments by laying their hands on the patient, uses manual therapy, always with your agreement).

#2              Extended Appointments & Appointments Out of Clinic Hours (09:00-17:00)
                  are only accepted with prior agreement of patient and therapist.

#3              We reserve the right to request pre-payment by cash or BACS transfer in order to confirm any future appointment where there has been a "No-Show"
                  or "Cancellation within 24hrs". This also applies to patients who cancel two or more appointments in succession.

 

PAYMENT TERMS
- Payment terms are always in CASH and to be settled in full at the end of each appointment.
- Credit & Debit card facilities are not available at the clinic.
  There are ATM machines nearby at both locations where cash may be withdrawn for free.
- Payment by cheque is only accepted if by prior agreement and with existing clients.
- Due to forgery and bank recommendations, £50 and £100 notes are not accepted.
  If such notes are presented for payment then any change will only be given at next appointment,
  after they have cleared by the bank

Please advise the therapist if you do not have sufficient cash funds to settle your consultation, before the consultation starts

A receipt or invoice can always be provided on request, especially if you are claiming the treatment from your company or insurance. The full “External” rate applies. Any promotional rates offered are only basis cash payment, for private patients only.

Direct Invoicing to approved Medical Insurers and/or Employers is only possible by prior agreement. The patient is responsible to provide written confirmation from the insurers, in advance of the appointment, that that no deductible is to be paid.  Any direct invoicing to employers and insurers are basis 15 days payment terms, unless agreed in advance with the provider.
