Female, Mid 40s, Physiotherapist (Sept 2013) Recurrent leg problem, walking with limp due to injury. "Thank you so much - managed a 3.5Hr hill walk with dogs today. No limp, yeah!!! Thank you."

Male, Retired "My husband, is feeling so much better after your expert hands! For the last 5 months or so he has been suffering from sciatica and muscular problems which made dressing/undressing so difficult and painful. The doctor suggested a visit to a physiotherapist and we came to YOU! After 3 sessions he felt so much better and apart from the odd niggle the pain had disappeared. He wishes (and so do I) that he had gone to you at the very beginning and saved himself all the months of pain. Thank you Sue"

BNI 60s Presentation – Wanted – Patients not cleared by other Physiotherapists

I am a physiotherapist with over 30 years’ experience and run a clinic at Burnside and at “Skypark”, Finnieston, (both Glasgow).

This is some feedback I received from a nurse in the NHS who came to me late last year & had a total of 5 treatment sessions over 3 months:

Following more than 3 months of physio with the NHS, I called Sue in desperation. During my treatment with NHS my pain, mobility and wellbeing was deteriorating. After my first visit with Sue I noticed a difference - reduced pain, increased mobility and an improvement in my state of mind. An overnight switch was not flicked, however, a consistent improvement was, until within 3 months I felt able to sign off.

Never one to push for regular appointments, she left it up to me whether I required further treatment.

I would not hesitate to recommend her.

“Knee pain, back pain, hip pain too?
Give it the elbow & come & see Sue!”

BNI 60s Presentation – Wanted - Longstanding Challenging Issues

My name is Sue Simpson, I am a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 30 years’ experience and I run a clinic at Burnside and at “Skypark”, Finnieston, (both Glasgow). Did you know that most people who have suffered pain for more than 6 months begin to believe they will never be rid of it?

This means they give up seeking help, yet every day, I see people with longstanding issues experience significant improvement.

This from Hugh, a 27-year-old plumber: “I would like to thank you for helping me get rid of the back and shoulder pain. I have been involved in a few motorcycles crashes and just thought I would always have to put up with the pain but now my shoulder and hip are not sitting higher or twisted anymore and I now have full rotation of my arm after it got broke over 10 years ago.”

This week I would like to be introduced to people with longstanding issues that other medical professionals have failed to clear

“Back pain, knee pain hip pain too ?
Give it the elbow and come and see Sue!”

BNI 60-s Presentation – Wanted – Golfers looking to improve their swing!

My name is Sue Simpson, I’m a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 30 years’ experience. I run a clinic at Burnside and at the Skypark office building at Finnieston. Yesterday I had a visit from a man in his 50's who, initially, gave me a bit of an impression that he was not really sure I could help him!

He felt generally stiff and a bit sore around his neck and lower back. He had also felt some specific shoulder pain recently.

He is a keen golfer and agreed when I pointed out his pelvis was twisted because he was aware of having to "square up" to take a proper swing at the ball.

It transpired that his left knee was stuck on one side. Working on that fixed his pelvic rotation and further work on his head and neck loosened his upper torso. He was so delighted with the increase in his range of motion he decided to book a review because he felt such a change.

Looking for introductions sports complexes where people may be looking for help to improve their sports performance.

Knee pain, back pain, hip pain too?
Give it the elbow & come & see Sue!

BNI 60s Presentation – Achieved what other Physiotherapy failed to accomplish

My name is Sue and I am a chartered physiotherapist. I received this testimony yesterday from a Dr who used to lecture Anatomy at Glasgow Uni: “My back pain started 6 months ago and was probably caused by starting to lift 70kg weights which are considerably more than I normally lift in my job. I had tried conventional physiotherapy which I would normally swear by, but despite being very conscientious about doing all the exercises there was no improvement. Three visits to Sue Simpson and the pain is gone. It is only fair to confess that I was not convinced about her approach, but the fact is, it has achieved what routine physiotherapy failed to accomplish. I am now a solid convert and she is the first physio that I would point to for anyone in need of pain relief. I have yet to meet a physio who is more knowledgeable in the field.”

I'm looking to be introduced to people in pain, especially self-employed trades people who can’t afford time off their work when injured or in pain.

“Back pain, knee pain hip pain too
Give it the elbow, come and see Sue!”

BNI 60s Presentation – People with long histories of pain following an accident are ideal referrals.

My name is Sue Simpson I’m a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 30 years’ experience. I run a clinic at Burnside and at the Skypark office building at Finnieston. Did you know that people with long term injury forget what "pain free" feels like? So that they can't imagine it!

This feedback from a 22-year-old girl last week:

“After 5 sessions with Sue I had my last ever appointment this morning. I am pleased to say I no longer suffer from the severe back pain I have had for over 10 years from a fall I had as a child. I was unable to walk properly and had been bed bound on and off. For months I denied getting help for my back pain as I felt very scared of being touched. Her caring approach gained my trust and I am now able to continue work & university life as normal, no longer have I the fear. I am so happy I took advice and went to see Sue.

People with long histories of pain following an accident are ideal referrals for me.

“Hip pain, wrist pain back pain too?
Give it the elbow & come n see Sue!”

BNI 60s Presentation – look at how well my legs work, I feel great.

My name is Sue Simpson, a chartered physiotherapist. I have a clinic in Burnside and at Finnieston in the Skypark office complex.

The evenings are getting longer and the weather a little milder and the gardeners are starting to come out again in force!

I got a call from one of my favourite elderly patients last week who is 83 and had hurt the middle of her back after trying to pull out some plants with long roots! She's the same one who had her hip treated a while ago and avoided getting a steroid injection as a result.

After her treatment this time she said:
“O look at how well my legs work, I feel great, I think I'll just fly home instead of getting the bus!”

This week i'd like to be introduced to people you have heard complaining they don't feel well enough to get the gardening done this year.

“So if you're in the garden & you pull your back or knee
The answer's really simple Come to Sue and be pain free!”

BNI 60s Presentation – Don’t complain “in pain”, Advanced Physiotherapy can help.

The person who has handed me, through word of mouth, the highest number of referrals ever is a boy I met when he was 2!!
I'm a Chartered Physiotherapist and I used to work in the Royal Hospital for Sick Children located in Yorkhill, Glasgow.
The person who has recently handed me, through word of mouth, the highest number of referrals ever is a boy I met when he was 2!!
Gary was diagnosed with arthritis when he was 2 and I treated him then. Years later in private practice his mother came to me.

Since then I've seen Gary, his cousin, 2 of his workmates, his partner, her employee, that employee's Dad, Gary's brother and now his partner too!

They are all self-employed and can't afford time off work. The come to see me because of Gary's confidence in me that I can help them back to work quickly.

I'd like you to listen out for trades people complaining of pain and have to date not had success get it sorted out. Let them know I can help them.

Knee pain, back pain, hip pain too
Give it the elbow & come and see Sue!

BNI 60s Presentation – Advanced Physiotherapy after an operation.

My name is Sue Simpson, I’m a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 30 years’ experience. I run a clinic at Burnside and at the Skypark office building at Finnieston.
Last week a lady called me up desperate for help with a knee replacement. She is 47 years old & had the operation 3 months ago. She was unhappy about the progress she was making with NHS.

I worked on her head and her hip I didn't actually touch her knee!

Now, bear in mind when she came in she was bent over, literally hirpling. When she went out she was upright and carried her stick. Her knee was straight and functioning normally. Her response was one of the best last week:

“What are you, a miracle worker?!”
“My husband will never believe this - until he sees me walking!!”

An ideal referral for me is an introduction to people where they have been advised by Dr’s or specialists that they can’t do anything for them. This often just means they don’t know someone who can help. I can help with musculoskeletal problems in ways most Dr’s and specialists don’t realise. If I can’t help you, then I won’t continue to treat you. It’s your choice; it is worth considering if you want to improve your lifestyle.

“Knee pain, back pain, neck pain too?
Give it the elbow & come and see Sue.”

BNI 60s Presentation – Wanted - Longstanding Challenging Issues

My name is Sue and I work in my own Physiotherapy Practice in Burnside and also from the Skypark office building in Glasgow city centre at Finnieston. I'm a Charted Physiotherapist and have more than 30 years’ experience.
Did you know that in over 95% of cases the place where someone feels pain is not the same as the place that's causing the symptoms?!

I had a 47 year old come in last week with a knee replacement done 3 months ago. She still walked with a stick & a bad limp. How many of you would assume her problem is her knee? You're wrong!

I started in her head, neck and hip and that lady walked out of my clinic carrying her stick! I didn't touch her knee but it went straight. Her response was one of the best of the week!... "Are you a miracle worker?"

An ideal referral for me is people who are struggling after joint replacement or fracture. Most new business referrals come through word of mouth. They then go and tell their friends!

“Knee pain, back pain, hip pain too
Give it the elbow, come and see Sue.”

BNI 60-s Presentation – Wanted – Sports People who need rehabilitation

My name is Sue Simpson, a chartered physiotherapist. I have a clinic at the Skypark, Finnieston, near the “The Hydro” and a clinic in Burnside.

This week I've been treating a lady in her 60s who loves skiing. (Her daughter skis for GB). She misjudged the distance she had to stop this season & ran into the netting which catapulted her backwards and she bounced onto her back.

After one treatment session she was able to bend over & touch the floor again with ease. She had thought she might have to give up skiing given her age & the severity of her pain. Now though, she's looking forward to next season!

I'd like you to listen out for other sports people who think they're hurt and can't recover properly or perform to their full potential,

“Hip pain, neck pain, back pain too,
Give it the elbow come n see Sue”

BNI 60-s Presentation – Don’t Put Up with pain – I can help rehabilitate you

My name is Sue Simpson, a chartered physiotherapist. I have a clinic at the Skypark, Finnieston, near the “The Hydro” and a clinic in Burnside.

Did you know that some people have extra bones attached to their skeleton?!! Actually, it's not unusual for someone to have an extra rib for example. And often they think that because of the problem they just have to put up with pain.

I had a visit from a golfer who has an extra rib on both sides but hasn't been to see me for 2 and a half years. The first thing he said was, I've been pain free since I last saw you! Our family call you the miracle worker! Only now is he feeling the need to come for a top up!

I'd like you to listen out for people who think they have to put up with pain and have no option, for what-ever reason. Let them know that I can help!

“Hip pain, neck pain, back pain too,
Give it the elbow come n see Sue!”

BNI 60s Presentation – Bent over in pain? – I can help rehabilitate you

My name is Sue Simpson, a chartered physiotherapist. I have a clinic at the Skypark, Finnieston, near the “The Hydro” and a clinic in Burnside. About 2 weeks ago I took a call from a distraught woman in Florida. She had gone over there on holiday with the family and her husband had got very severe back pain and was in her words, "aw over tae the side". They were due to land back in Glasgow at 2 o'clock the next day and she made an appointment for him to come straight to see me at 4 o'clock. Sure enough he arrived as described "aw over tae the side" the next day. On Monday this week, 10 days & 3 treatment sessions later, he has a full pain free range of motion and is standing tall again.

An ideal referral for me is a gym where cliental wants to be able to perform to their best potential. I would also appreciate the opportunity to advertise my work there.

“Hip pain, neck pain, back pain too,
Give it the elbow come n see Sue!”

BNI 60s Presentation – Poetry from Sue The Physio, the Physio who cares!

Sue Simpson is a chartered physiotherapist who runs a clinic in Burnside (South Glasgow) and a clinic in an office complex at Finnieston, (Glasgow City Centre) When she went on holiday she left this message to inspire her BNI colleagues:

I've gone away on holiday
But just to show I care
I wrote this little ditty
To remind you, "I'm still here!"

Here for folks to come to
When their pain is really sore
Here to help restore to whole
When living is a chore!

Here to listen to the cause
The story of the pain:
The injuries and insults
That brought him down again!

Like the man who came with back pain,
Cos his wife was at the gym
And a lady there had told her
"Go see Sue" and he will win!

So he came along just wondering
If Sue could help him too?
Just one treatment! Back to work ...
And feeling like Brand New!

So she is travelling far today
I fill her empty chair
Out of sight, not out of mind
The Physio who cares!

“Hip pain, neck pain, back pain too,
Give it the elbow come n see Sue!”

BNI 60s Presentation – “Don’t suffer little children … come to me” (Birth Injuries)

My name is Sue Simpson, a chartered physiotherapist. I have a clinic in Finnieston and Burnside.

I'd like to tell you about a little girl of 3 who came to see me with her Gran. Her left knee was painful and when I asked how it got sore, Granny said it had always been sore & she had been telling her about it since she learned to talk.

It transpired this had been a birth injury. The child was a very quick delivery and she had a slight impact injury as her head hit the mother's pelvis on the way out. By working only on her head, her knee straightened out and she returned to dancing pain free and actually a little taller too!

An ideal referral for me is a tennis club or a bowling club, where I can advertise my clinic.

“Hip pain, neck pain, back pain too,
Give it the elbow come n see Sue”

BNI 60s Presentation – Severe arm, elbow, wrist & hand pain.

My name is Sue Simpson, a chartered physiotherapist. I have a clinic in at Burnside and a clinic in the city centre at Finnieston.

I've had a great week. A man came with very severe arm, elbow, wrist & hand pain right down and into his fingertips. He told me he'd been to the Chiropractor 9 times, was feeling a bit better, but was still very sore, unable to lie down & had very painful disturbed sleeps for the last 8 weeks.

I treated him 4 times now. When he came back first, he reported he was now only feeling pain in his fingers AND he had also slept SO well he'd SLEPT IN! I was delighted! Now only minimal pain.

An ideal referral for me is a tennis club or a bowling club, where I can market my clinic.

“Hip pain, neck pain, back pain too,
Give it the elbow come n see Sue”

BNI 60s Presentation – Struggling to get back to normal after a broken bone?

My name is Sue Simpson, I'm a chartered physiotherapist and I've had a great week.

You may remember a young woman I told you about who I helped clear her back symptoms from a tight muscle after swine flu. She referred a friend who is in her 60s; previously broken collar bone, bone thinning, longstanding medical steroid use. She was unable to use her right arm, tearful & depressed. She was told she would have to learn to live with it.

I treated her last week and found her collarbone was not spinning like it should. After treatment she was totally delighted to be able to put her hand above her head and pain free!

An ideal referral for me is someone who is struggling to get back to normal after a broken bone and their Dr’s tell them “would have to learn to live with it. “

“Hip pain, neck pain, back pain too?,
Give it the elbow come n see Sue”

BNI 60s Presentation – “You fixed my back, now fix my head”

My name is Sue Simpson, I'm a chartered physiotherapist I have a rather unusual story this week.

A lady returned for her second appointment saying that her back pain was better and since I'd altered the tip on her pelvis she felt her guts all settling down for a few days. Could I do the same with her brain?!! What?!

She fell off a wall aged 10 and hasn't been able to breath properly since - she showed me how her right nostril closed over every time she inhaled. During treatment yesterday she felt her sinuses clearing and then both nostrils opened normally when she breathed in. She was due to have an operation to get the septum cut away and thinks she won't need it now!

If you know someone who has a physical problem after a fall please give them my card.

“Hip pain, neck pain, back pain too,
Give it the elbow come n see Sue”

BNI 60s Presentation – Poetry from Sue The Physio, the Physio who cares!

Sue Simpson is a chartered physiotherapist who runs a clinic in Burnside (South Glasgow) and a clinic at an office complex at Finnieston, (Glasgow City Centre), which is also open to the public.

When she went off to Birmingham to attend a CPD (Continuous Professional Development) course, she left this message to inspire her BNI colleagues:

I'm off again to England fair
But just before I went
I asked my husband to step up
And this is what I've sent!

I've sent him here to tell to you
About this week I've had:
A lovely lady, Robin's friend
And she had known my Dad!

She came to me with back pain
She found it hard to stand
She'd clocked up years to 91
And many more she planned

But back pain now for 2 long years
Was causing her some trouble
And Robin said, "Now,go see Sue"
She will help you "At the double"

An hour later, smiles all round!
The pain it was MUCH better!
More movement and an easy flow
So glad that I had met her!

Sue works as a specialist in Physiotherapy and brings relief to many people who can't find help anywhere else. If you know anyone who is struggling to get back to normal after illness give them her card!

BNI 60s Presentation – "I've got no pain! Nobody's ever done that before"

My name is Sue Simpson, I'm a chartered physiotherapist with a clinic in Burnside & Finnieston, Glasgow.

I've had a great week.

A woman came to me, a referral through BNI, with back pain which niggled at her and also had flared up over years. After treatment she stood up and looked really puzzled. She was wriggling around looking for her pain. She exclaimed :
"I've got no pain! Nobody's ever done that before"

Next day she texted me:

“Hi sue
Just to say I am feeling a lot better today and back pain greatly reduced ☺ ☺ Thanks.”

“Hip pain, neck pain, back pain too?, Give it the elbow come n see Sue”

BNI 60s Presentation – " Do you know someone in pain who just wants to be able to move freely again? "

My name is Sue Simpson, I'm a chartered physiotherapist with over 30 years’ experience. Do you know many people have no idea what initially triggered their pain?

A few weeks ago a man in his mid 20s came with back and hip pain.

I took the usual history and got the usual list of ailments ... Then as we came towards the end of the session & I was treating his hip, his face contorted and he began to look very distressed. He suddenly began to tell me about an infection he had in his hip when he was in primary 3 aged 8!! He'd completely forgotten about it . Through my treatment, the tension stored as a memory in the tight hip tissue was released . It brought the whole incident back to mind level.

He thanked me after - he said
"Thanks for the new hip!"

Do you know someone in pain who just wants to be able to move freely again?

“Stiff or painful or achy joints
Tension in the tissue
Come & get a treatment now
It needn't be an issue”
BNI 60s Presentation – " Do you know someone looking for improved sports performance? "

Sue Simpson is a specialist Chartered Physiotherapist with over 30 years’ experience. Sue has been on a number of courses recently. One of the new techniques taught in one of the courses guarantees to improve sports performance. Sue decided to put this to the test. She recently carried out the techniques on 2 patients:

- The first was an experienced distance runner in his 30s. After treatment he took a full 20 MINUTES off his half marathon time and even surprised himself! - The second was a 59-year-old man who is new to running. He had a predicted 10K time of 1hour 10 but finished in 55 mins 18 seconds after Physio treatment. Both runners were totally delighted!

Sue would like to test this technique further by helping other amateur sportspeople to improve their sports performance.

“Do you someone who's good at their sport?
But a better P. B. they would like for to court?
Send them along to see how they'll do
After a Physio session with Sue!”

BNI 60s Presentation – " Do you know someone tired of sitting out instead of playing? "

My name is Sue Simpson, I run a company called Advanced Physiotherapy Services. Advanced because I aim not simply to treat symptoms, but find and sort the actual cause of the pain.

I have a young footballer who comes whenever he is injured because he hates sitting out. He's had a bit of a problem with a "groin strain", which turned out not to be that classic muscle problem but was actually an out of line pelvis. He had been unable to kick the ball without hip pain. The bone at the front was sitting high, so the muscle was overstretched. Think how you feel if you're over-reaching to lift something really heavy and how it strains the muscle. It’s the same idea.

After treatment he was straight back scoring goals - he says!!

An ideal referral for me is an amateur sports club. Do you know someone who's tired of sitting on the bench because of injury?

“Hip pain, back pain, knee pain too?
Give it the elbow! Cone and see Sue!”

BNI 60s Presentation – " Do you know people under therapy and not cleared? "

My name is Sue Simpson, I run a company called Advanced Physiotherapy Services. Advanced because I aim not simply to treat symptoms, but find and sort the actual cause of the pain.

This week a man in his early 60s came into the surgery. He sat down, shaking his head. I asked him why and this is what he said:

Well Sue I've only a niggle of pain now, virtually nothing to speak of. Before I came to you I went more or less weekly to see another therapist for 18 months. I paid him every week! I was no better, but kept hoping it would feel better one day. I spent a fortune!

I've been to you 4 times and I can hardly believe I've got no pain. Every morning I get up and wait to see if it's coming and it doesn't. I just can't believe it!

He had to lie down for 20 mins after his shower every day to let the tension come off his back. Not now!

Ideal referral for me is a multi-office block in the west end of the city centre where I can advertise my Sykpark clinic.

“Hip pain, back pain, knee pain too? Give it the elbow! Come and see Sue!”

BNI 60s Presentation – " Do you know soft tissue holds memory, not just your brain? "

My name is Sue Simpson, a chartered physiotherapist. Did you know soft tissue holds memory, not just your brain?!

I got a call from another Chartered Physiotherapist asking if she could bring 21 year-old patient to see me who had very severe back pain for 5 months. No regular form of treatment was working. She was all twisted and unable to stand up or walk properly.

This girl had swine flu 5 years ago; although she had outwardly recovered, her muscle had shortened and tightened and went into spasm in response to only minor trauma.

I'm happy to say she was actually crying by the end of the session - with relief! She was standing upright, walking normally and keen to get back into 4" heels!

An ideal referral for me is someone else you know with long standing pain and getting no relief on the NHS.

“Hip pain, neck pain, back pain too?,
Give it the elbow come n see Sue”

BNI 60s Presentation – " Do you know soft tissue holds memory, not just your brain? "

My name is Sue and I run a Physiotherapy business called Advanced Physiotherapy Services. I have over 30 years experience.

Last week I had a visit from a lady in her early 40s who had sharp pain in her shoulder blade, right arm and right thigh. She was dismissed from her GP after her spinal X-Ray was normal and told “ you will have to deal with it because her pain pattern was "non-anatomical"!

She came for treatment. Connective tissue does not show on X-Ray & blood tests don't detect soft tissue tensions. Through systematic soft tissue release, she has now a full range of pain-free movement in her neck, shoulder and mid back for the first time in 18 months.

An ideal referral for me is someone else you know with long standing pain and getting no relief on the NHS.

I'm looking for introductions to office complexes in Glasgow where I can advertise my Skypark clinic.

“Hip pain, neck pain, back pain too?
Give it the elbow, come & see Sue!

BNI 60s Presentation – Poetry from Sue The Physio, the Physio who cares!

My name is Sue and I run a Physiotherapy business called Advanced Physiotherapy Services. I have over 30 years’ experience.
I've been working now for many years
I've heard a lot of stories
Some are long and some are short
And some are even gory!

Now recently I've heard a few
Of pain within the shoulder
Of people keen to find relief
Right now, not when they're older!

An Irish lady came to see
If help would be forth-coming
After many months of pain
And seemingly gauntlet running.

Her GP said, "It's in your head
Your pain can't be like that!"
What? In your shoulder, thigh AND hand?!
And labelled her a "nut"

So off she went to deal with it
And start the daily round
Of tablets, baths, and rubs and soaks
But no relief was found

Advice was given how to stretch
To exercise, make supple
Nothing helped, the pain was WORSE
Please help me! At the double!

The problem wasn't in her head
She hurt across her shoulder
The pull was coming from her back
Heavy like a boulder.

Two sessions later she came back
And couldn't understand
18-months she'd been in pain
And now she feels "Just Grand"

I'm looking for referrals from anyone you know who is in pain, even if they have tried conventional physiotherapy or other treatments in the past. They may not have found the answer, but haven't given up hope of finding one!

“Hip pain, neck pain, back pain too?
Give it the elbow, come and see Sue!”

BNI 60s Presentation – Babies can suffer from treatable musculoskeletal problems too

My name is Sue and I run a Physiotherapy business called Advanced Physiotherapy Services. I have over 30 years’ experience.

Did you know that babies can suffer from musculoskeletal problems too?

Last week a friend asked me to have a look at her baby. The little girl was 3 months old & was consistently holding her head to the left and seemingly unable to turn to the right. She was also crying all night most nights.

Her mother described a very traumatic birth and was eventually sectioned after trying the push the baby out at an angle for a few hours.

I saw her twice. After treatment the baby was turning her head easily to both sides, she was feeding better and her Mum retracted the notice "Grumpy Baby for Sale"!

I love a challenge & enjoy working with people in pain, to improve their quality of life. I'm looking for referrals like that.

“Feeling awful grumpy
Cos the pain has got to you?
You could be a whole lot better
If you bring your pain to Sue!”

BNI 60s Presentation – ME sufferers don’t give up, advanced therapy can help improve your lifestyle.

My name is Sue and I run a business called Advanced Physiotherapy Services. I have over 30 years’ experience.

When I was at my nephew's wedding in July, a lady asked about the type of physiotherapy I do. She has suffered ME for about 30 years and is now in her early 60s. She has been all over for treatment but nothing has helped. She decided to travel from her home in Axmouth, Devon to be treated. She had 2 manual therapy treatments during the week she was up in Glasgow. A range of advanced therapy techniques were used.

She got back to me the following week to say she is delighted. Due to two intense treatment sessions in one week, it took 5 days for her symptoms to settle. She says : “I feel like a new woman!” Her husband says he has his old Jeannie back (that's her name!).

From being in her bed & resting 80% of the day due to pain and discomfort and lack of energy, at the weekend she's been out for lunch after gardening in the morning. After spending some time resting at their beach hut she went shopping. She said : “I'm really enjoying it. THANK YOU!”

I’m looking for introductions to people who have been in pain so long that they can't imagine it any other way.

Hip pain, neck pain, back pain too
Give it the elbow, come and see Sue!

[Disclaimer : Results will vary patient to patient and are not guaranteed. For longer term conditions, further treatment sessions would be recommended to maintain and hopefully improve further the patients’ quality of life.]

Results are not guaranteed and will vary from patient to patient.
The testimonies described purposely in an anonymous format but are from actual patient feedback, which is backed up by confidential medical records.
Patients are treated and discharged after the minimum number of treatments per condition.
Advance Physiotherapy does not offer discounts for “block advance paid bookings”.
This is because generally we treat and clear patients with fewer treatments than most other therapists. This also equates to less cost and is better than the industry standard and other private practioners.

We are happy to work with any insurance company or scheme. In order to limit our costs and focus on patient care/results, our terms are cash settlement after each treatment. We will supply the patient with a receipt and complete any Medical Insurance Claims forms provided this can be done within the appointment time and notified at the commencement of the appointment session. It is up to the patient to submit and recover the claim. Medical Reports requested by lawyers or insurers for the purposes of legal or long term insurance claims are chargeable. Finally, if you are intending to come for assessment/treatment in order to claim disability or make a legal claim against a party or person (eg for whip lash or industrial injuries, repetitive strain injury etc) please be warned that I may clear your condition so any long term claim may not be appropriate. Please carefully consider what is more important to you your health, your agility or some short term compensation.
